Mobile Computer Repair Service strives to maintain one thing: courteous and professional service with a satisfactory experience. As part of this commitment, MCRS treat all customers equally and offer a refund policy that is not only acceptable and standard but also based on congenial terms. Whether you are entitled to ask for a refund or cancel any service request made by you, we are committed to providing you the easiest and most convenient way to benefit from our policy.

However, each term of our policy is subject to the sole discretion of the company management that is responsible for considering the merits of a particular case. Whether your particular case demands further efforts from us before qualifying for a full refund, or there’s any valid reason for you to not be satisfied with our service, or anything that we agreed but did not deliver, we try every possible way to resolve the problem while protecting both of our interests. After all, these being done and completed by us, you might not yet enjoy satisfaction for good reasons. In that case, we have a refund policy in place.

When you are ready to initiate a refund request, you are requested to forward it to our particular department that handles cancellations and refunds. Call at 805-208-9324 during (10 AM PST to 7 PM PST). It’s a toll free number. You can reach us from Monday to Friday during the specified business hours.

On most occasions, our standard timing to process your refund request is equal to 24 working hours after receiving your refund request. However, exceptions might happen. Please note that most banks require 2 to 3 business days to credit the refunded amount to the customer account after we complete the process from our part.

Cancellation and Refund Requests for Onsite Support and Services

You can cancel a request for any onsite support service. For doing so, you must complete your refund claim and send the request to our cancellation and refund department at least eight hours before our technicians made a plan for a visit to your requested location/site.

You can also cancel an onsite service request if our technicians fail to visit your requested location/site within two hours of the agreed schedule without any information passed to you or contact you. No payments will be applicable for such an incident. You cannot claim any refund if you request any change in sooner than 8 hours of our technicians’ scheduled visit or after/during their visit.

Please be noted that you will be charged at least $79.99 if our technician arrives at your site but cannot deliver the service because of your absence from the requested location. However, any additional amount that you have paid will be returned/refunded.

In addition, you will be entitled to receive a full refund in case our technician cannot repair your computer for any reason that is attributable to the technician’s ability to serve and not your device and action.

Please note that our Onsite Services are meant to be Services Only Contracts that do not include replacements of any sort in case any component that is found to be malfunctioning or defective needs to be replaced.

If you find that the issue described and reported during the order is not addressed and resolved as agreed, you can request for a revisit by contacting us using our toll-free number. No additional charges will be made for an agreed revisit.
